Cancellations:

If you completed your initial 1 year committment and you want to terminate your membership, please send a certified letter stating your intentions to Jim Hughes, 41 Crossroads Plaza #300, West Hartford CT 06117 as you agreed in your original participation agreement. Thanks!

 

Please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHONE OR EMAIL CHANGE ORDERS for obvious reasons. Ok, maybe it is not so obvious -- regarding the phone -- we dont pick up messages for reasons I mentioned above and email is simply not reliable. US Post Office Certified Mail is very reliable and that is why we only accept cancelations and change orders in that way. Please remember, this is what you agreed to do in your original, agreement.

 

We will keep our end of the agreement by providing a high quality training environment. We expect you to keep your end of the agreement as well..
